Flats:

The timber frames for an innovative mixed steel and timber frame apartment development were delivered by Kestrel Timber Frame. The five-storey 40-unit development was constructed by Lincolnshire based developer Larkfleet Homes at Friar’s Lane in Lincoln.

Housing:

Kestrel supplied the timber frames for 29 affordable homes at Harlaxton near Grantham for Muir Housing Association.

Housing:

An affordable housing scheme at Great Gonerby, near Grantham in Lincolnshire, features timber frame construction. Kestrel Timber Frame has helped the homes, built for Longhurst and Havelok Homes, meet level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Flats:

Axiom Housing required 45 units at Elm Road in Wisbech which were built using timber frames supplied and erected by Kestrel Timber Frame. The scheme comprises a mix of two and three bedroom houses and apartments that were designed to meet the highest standards for quality and environmental performance.

Housing:

Kestrel Timber Frame supplied and erected the timber frames for a mixed development of 14 two and three bedroom houses and bungalows at Apple Tree Close, Colsterworth for Nottingham Community Housing Association.

Housing:

Timber frames from Kestrel helped this award winning Accent Nene rural affordable housing development at Drift Close in Barrowden, Rutland meet high environmental performance, energy efficiency and sustainability targets.

Housing:

Built to meet the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, the development won the prestigious George Phillips Design Award which recognises projects that have contributed to the conservation of the character of the built environment in Rutland.
